  4. Place the pan/pot on fire,add the oil when hot add the slice onions sauté for 1mins and add the curry,thyme,ginger and garlic.. Also sauté for 1mins.
  5. Pour in the grated peppers,tomatoes and sachet tomatoes paste fry it for like 5-7mins.
  6. Pour in the parboiled rice stir it well add water and chicken stock…give it 5mins before adding the salt, seasoning cube and mixed onga..stir well.
  7. Add in the green pepper,carrot, green beans and fried chicken…stir it again and cover it till done,then off the flame.
  8. When its done,you can slice onions and add to the rice.. the steam of the rice will cook it.And enjoy with salad.
