For this recipe, i substituted fried fish for dry fish and pomo. I also used Ugba and garden egg in the preparation. Dice one of the onions and cut the other into ringlets. Add the soaked abacha into the mixture and stir very well and its ready. Garnish with the fried fish, pomo, garden eggs, sliced utazi (use sparingly), garden egg leaves, and onions (ringlets).
