  4. When ur meat boil set aside. Place pot on fire again pour palm oil and let it to b hot put ur boiled meat and leave it to fry then pour water,wash ur beans and put,pound daddawa n ginger and put,maggi,salt and curry den cover it.
  5. When ur water start boiling put ur blended pepper n let it boil for some minutes then start adding ur baobab powder gradually and keep stirring until u have a smooth mixture(not too thick n not watery) den put little amount if ur soaked potash and allow to Cook for 5-10minutes.
