  4. Stew:rmv the pot of ofada away from stove,place your frying pan with palm oil on stove
  5. Allow the palm oil to b very hot till off red
  6. Immediately add in ur pepper and locust bean together
  7. Stir,till half done
  8. Add in your proteins,salt and maggi
  9. Leave it uncovered till done
  10. Dodo:peel the plantain, cut in anyshape of your choice,add salt nd turn it upside down till incorporate.place your frying pan with vegetable oil on stove,allow it heat den you pour in the plantain till golden brown…
  11. Coleslaw: mix the cabbage, carrot,diced onion,diced tomato, cucumber and cream together(u can also add any vegetable of ur choice)
