  1. Boil the meat till tender and as it boils, wash your rice and set it aside to drain all the water.
  2. Crush the garlic and ginger, cut the onions to your desired sizes. For the ground masala i usually separate the cumin seeds, dry fry them and crush to make powder.
  3. Heat the oil in a separate sufuria, add the garlic and ginger paste, fry till brown. Add the meat(dry without soup, i sieve and set the soup aside) and let it fry till golden brown. I add onions at this stage.
  4. I mix my already ground masala with the whole masala plus cumin seeds and add to the meat. Add a little bit of the soup and let it simmer for 3-5min.add the dry rice mix and mix well.
  5. Then i finally add boiled water to the rice like 700ml.and let it to cook for 15-20min.and the pilau is ready guys.
  6. I made salad using red bulb onions since i didn't have the white ones. I cut them into small cubes and soaked on warm water to get rid of the smell. I peel my cucumber and cut into round slices, tthen cut the tomatoes and red chilli into strips then mix all this together. And voila… My salad is ready. Put in fridge to chill for about 10min
