  4. Now take the wheat dough and make medium size balls. Press the balls between your hands slightly. In the middle place one spoon full of the coconut mixture and close it.
  5. Now roll the dough on a plane surface like yoi do for roti. But remeber not to over press it. Now toast the Boli on a pan using ghee on both sides. Now your healthy wheat bolis are ready to eat. Serve it hot with ghee.
