  6. Buttercream use 200g magerine, 400g icing sugar,i coloured mine pink

To the creamed mixture add in the following order, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended: A third of the flour mixture,half the banana mixture,half the remaining flour mixture,the remaining banana mixture,then the remaining flour mixture. Sorry, not sorry, banana bread and banana muffins, this is officially our new favorite way to use bananas past their prime. I had grand decorating plans but decided to keep it simple. Plus I was too lazy to make an additional batch of Italian meringue buttercream just for decorating when the cake is for me, haha!
