  3. In a pan extract jaggery syrup
  4. In other pan mix the pan and jaggery until it’s thick
  5. In a rolling pin or smooth surface add oil and roll teh boli dough to a thin round and keep the stuffing and make rounds again and again press well
  6. Then put in a dosa pan and coat it with ghee and cook till both sides are cooked
